The #auspicious “Lo Hei” (Cantonese for tossing to great height), began as a practice that early settler from Guangdong, China on the 7th day of Lunar New Year. Thanks to some #creative tweaking by 4 local #Cantonese #chefs in 1960s, the tradition has evolved into a must-have at every #festive #gathering throughout the whole CNY.
